What's a seat?
One person with access — a developer whose AI tools are governed, or an administrator. Not a device and not a request: someone working across a laptop and a desktop is one seat.
What does the free trial include?
The full platform for 5 seats, for 30 days, with no card. Not a stripped-down version — governance is the product, so a trial that withholds it would prove nothing.
Do you charge for AI usage on top?
No. Sentilai uses your own provider keys, so your Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure or Gemini usage bills to your account exactly as it does today. We are not reselling tokens, and there is no per-request fee.
Do our developers lose their Claude subscriptions?
No — keeping them is the point. Gateways that issue managed API keys convert a developer's flat Claude Pro or Max subscription ($20–200/month) into pay-per-token API billing — $150–250 per developer per month at Anthropic's published average list rates, and multiples of that under heavy agentic use. Sentilai forwards the developer's own Claude credential through the governed path, so the subscription and its flat price survive governance. Tools that only route with organisation keys — Cursor, GitHub Copilot — are governed with your own keys.
Is VAT included?
No — prices are net. VAT is added at checkout at your local rate, and EU businesses with a valid VAT number are handled under the reverse-charge rules.
Can I cancel? Do you refund?
Cancel anytime — you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after it. Your first purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing breaks that day. Your console becomes read-only and your developers keep working for a short grace period, so an expiring trial never takes a team's tooling down without warning. We email you before and when it happens.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving up a band takes effect immediately and is prorated; moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
Who handles payment?
Paddle acts as merchant of record, so they handle the card details, invoicing and VAT. Sentilai never sees or stores your card data.
